স্ক্রিনের সৌন্দর্য (Screen) : স্ক্রিনটিকে কেমন দেখাচ্ছে এটা সবসময়ই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। কারণ এর মাধ্যমে খুব সহজেই আসল এবং নকল ফোনের তফাৎ শনাক্ত করা যায়। আসল ফোনের পর্দা উজ্জ্বল ও ফ্রেশ থাকে। যদি স্ক্রিনটি মলিন হয়, তবে ৭০ শতাংশ নিশ্চিত হওয়া যায়, এটি একটি নকল ফোন।
লোগো (Logo): আরেকটি লক্ষণীয় বিষয় হলো লোগো। ফোন কেনার পর যদি দেখেন লোগোটি অস্পষ্ট এবং অমসৃণ, তাহলে আপনি ভুল কোনো কিছু কিনে ফেলেছেন।
ক্যামেরার অবস্থান (Camera): ক্যামেরা, ফোনের বাটন এমনকি লোগোর অবস্থান কখনো কখনো আসল ও নকল ফোন সম্পর্কে ধারণা দেয়। যে কোনো আসল অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোনে এসব এমন অবস্থানে সেট করা হয়। যাতে প্রত্যেকটির সঙ্গে প্রত্যেকটির একটি ধারাবাহিকতা থাকে।
ফ্যাক্টরি রিসেট মোডে বুট (Boot Mood): ফোন বন্ধ করে, কয়েক সেকেন্ডের জন্য পাওয়ার অন + হোম + ভলিউম আপ কী-একইসঙ্গে কয়েক সেকেন্ডের জন্য ধরে রাখুন। যদি এটি আসল অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোন হয়, তাহলে রিকভারি মেন্যু উপস্থিত হবে। অন্যথায়, এটি অন্যান্য বিভিন্ন অপশন দেখাবে বা কোনো কিছুই দেখাবে না।
স্ক্রিনের গঠন (Screen Size) : স্ক্রিন সবসময়ই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। শুধু ডিসপ্লে নয়, এর গঠন কাঠামোও আসল অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোনে স্ক্রিনের মান উন্নত হয়। যদি আপনি এর ওপর আঙ্গুল রাখেন এবং কাচের চেয়ে প্লাস্টিকের মতো অনুভূতি বেশি অনুভব হয়, তাহলে বুঝবেন ডিভাইসটি সস্তা কাচের উপাদান দিয়ে তৈরি। এ ধরনের স্মার্টফোন আসল হতে পারে না।
ফোনের বৈশিষ্ট্য (Option) : ফোনের ম্যানুয়াল চেক করুন। দেখুন সেখানে কী কী বৈশিষ্ট্য উল্লেখ করা আছে। এরপর আপনার অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোনে দেখুন সবগুলো বৈশিষ্ট্যই এতে আছে কিনা। সর্বশেষ আসল ফোনে একই ধরনের স্পেসিফিকেশন আছে কিনা তা দেখতে ফোনের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট চেক করুন।
কোয়ালিটি (Quality) : নকলকে নকলের মতোই সস্তা ও গোলমেলে দেখায়। তাই ফোনের বাহ্যিক সৌন্দর্য অর্থাৎ প্রিমিয়াম বিল্ড-ইন-কোয়ালিটিকে উপেক্ষা করা অনুচিত।
লক্ষণীয় বিষয় :
১। যদি কোনো ফোন অন্য যে কোনো জায়গার চেয়ে দামের দিক থেকে অনেক সস্তা হয়, তবে সেটি এড়িয়ে চলতে হবে। এ ধরনের ফোন নকল হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাই বেশি।
২। অনুমোদিত শো-রুম, ডিলার থেকে ফোন কিনতে হবে।
৩। ওয়ারেন্টি পেপার সংগ্রহ করতে হবে কেননা আসল ফোন না হলে ওয়ারেন্টি পেপার দেওয়া হবে না
